RHOC’s David Beador and his wife Lesley Beador have listed their Newport Beach home for $6.89 million. Get all the details on the listing & more.
David and Lesley Beador are selling their Newport Beach home for $6.89 million just four months after purchasing the property; however, Lesley has an issue with an article promoting the sale.
Recently, David and Lesley listed the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home for $6.895 million, which is $300,000 more than the OC couple paid for it in April.
The Orange County Register picked up coverage of the sale, referring to David as a “RHOC ex-husband,” which rubbed Lesley the wrong way. David was previously married to longtime RHOC star Shannon Beador.
On August 19, Lesley took to her Instagram Story and called the media out’s story disrespectful while adding her name to the headline.
“Let’s start writing more respectful articles. I’ll help,” she wrote.
The four-bedroom, 4.5-bath Newport Beach property boasts three levels, 3,563 square feet, and a rooftop deck. It also features premium amenities, including glass pocket doors, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in closets, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and gorgeous natural light.
“The sellers decided it was the right time to make the move to a water-front property, which I was fortunate enough to help them find,” David and Lesley Beador’s agent, Gio Helou of The Oppenheim Group, told The Orange County Register via email. “It’s a common story here in Newport, with clients jumping from street to street with the ultimate goal of living on the water.”
Earlier this month, the OC couple purchased a 3,877-square-foot home on the bay in the same Newport Beach neighborhood for $11.45 million.
The Real Housewives of Orange County airs on Bravo Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
